Around the start of the new year, my meditation app discussed the difference between setting GOALS and setting GROWTH (yes, I am just now getting around to thinking about this – I mean, where did all of January and half of February go?) Now, even though we all know both are super important aspects to becoming the improved humans we want to be, it’s extremely valuable to look closely at the growth aspect…because whereas goals can be achieved (sometimes quickly), growth is something that sticks with us as we continue through this wonderful journey of living our best lives.
