…said no teacher ever.
If summer break were a weekend, it would look like this:
June = Friday
July = Saturday
August = Sunday
Welcome to Sunday, friends.
Now, I am not going to let the fact that it is August get to me. I accomplished A LOT during July, especially with my Monthly Challenge (or what I like to call my Monthly Refresh). Basically, it is all about creating and sticking with healthy habits – things that nurture my body and soul. Check out my previous post about this if you want to see how I got started.
Personally, I like to track my habits because it holds me accountable. I enjoy coloring in the boxes and seeing the progress I have made…AND it also helps me decide which habits to keep and which ones need a little more of my attention.
I posted yesterday on my Instagram and Facebook page about how much I loved completing my tracker for July, and so many of my friends showed an interest in it, too! So, I have created a bunch of pdfs for anyone interested in joining me on these challenges. There are many different versions – blank ones, ones already filled in, undated, and dated – to match whatever you’re looking for. (Download link is at the bottom of the post.)

But, before we get to that…
One of my favorite habits is ”focusing on the good,” and with this, I journal daily. It doesn’t have to be a lot – it just gives me a chance to reflect on my day and cherish the positives. I created a journaling page for myself titled, “The Highlights of My Days.” I LOVE this because it really does encourage me to zoom in on my day-to-day. You know, kind of like a highlights reel. And, guess what?! I am sharing the printable version with you, too, because the more we ALL focus on the good, the more good there is to focus on.
