Tackle That To-Do List

Before you groan (another to-do list?!?)…THIS one you will like. Promise.

It’s Fri-YAY! The weekend is here – time to nourish so you can flourish.

For anyone who knows me, they know I LOVE making lists. Sometimes it’s because my brain can’t handle ONE. MORE. THING. Yet, other times it’s because I enjoy crossing things off.

BUT – my weekend to-do list is something completely different! My weekend to-do list is looking something like this:

  • Focus on the good
  • Recharge your batteries
  • Smile
  • Renew your spirit

Whether it’s watching a funny movie, sleeping in, going to bed early, treating yourself, spending time with loved ones OR spending time alone – each and every one of the things on your to-do list should nurture your mind, body, and soul.

You wouldn’t let your phone battery fully deplete over a weekend – don’t do it to yourself either.
