It’s time for a Wellness Wednesday check-in. Let’s check our moods and mindsets more than our phones today.

Take a few minutes and ask yourself the following questions:

  • How are you feeling in this moment? Why (if you know) are you feeling this way?
  • What is something you are grateful for right now?
  • What has gone well for you so far this week?
  • What changes (if any) do you have to make to meet your goals for the week?
  • How can you (continue) to show kindness to yourself and others?
