Take a few minutes and ask yourself the following questions:
- How are you feeling in this moment? Why (if you know) are you feeling this way?
- What is something you are grateful for right now?
- What has gone well for you so far this week?
- What changes (if any) do you have to make to meet your goals for the week?
- How can you (continue) to show kindness to yourself and others?
