Add some wellness and balance and feel better all around.
Hey, friends! Guess what’s back. Monday. And today may seem especially rough if you are one who struggles with time change weekends. But, I’m here to help you set the tone for the coming week with some suggested self-care/wellness activities. As always, choose the ones that work best for YOU. If there is one that truly speaks to you, put it on repeat and do that each day. There is no right or wrong to practicing wellness, only good stuff.
Here is a peek at this week’s list:
- Write down three good things about your day.
- Laugh out loud. Watch a funny movie, listen to a fun podcast, or call a friend and share a laugh!
- Try a ten-minute refresh. This can be anything – a walk, a nap, sitting with your eyes closed…just take 10 minutes for YOU!
- Choose a positive affirmation. Write it down and post it everywhere!
- Listen to your favorite music. You can even dance if you want to!
