Two (Tiny/Big) Words

Hey friends, Happy June!

Isn’t there something invigorating about turning the calendar page?  It’s a new month, another chance, a fresh start. And June… Well, this is personally my favorite month of the year, so I call that good stuff all around!

Now, I have a question as we enter this glorious new month:  What is something you have been putting aside because you either don’t have the time, the energy, or the motivation?  Is it a new fitness routine? Setting aside “me” time?  A new hobby? An earlier bedtime?  A personal or career goal?  Maybe it’s even setting some personal boundaries and learning how to nicely, yet firmly say “no.”  

Whatever it is (and I know there’s something because there’s ALWAYS something), this new month is a chance to put your ideas/wants/needs/thoughts into action. 

So with that, I have two words for you: 

That’s it, that’s all there is to it because the first step to change or progress is starting.  Trust me, your whole self will thank you for this.
