Laughter can decrease stress hormones. It triggers the release of endorphins, which are your body’s natural feel-good chemicals, and these endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being. Good, good, and more good!

Now I ask you, who wants to be less stressed? Who wants to feel good? Exactly!

I saw a meme the other day that had a picture of Rose Nylund (Betty White) from the Golden Girls, and it said “What the world needs now is a St. Olaf story.” Ummm, yes! The world could really use some laughter right about now.

So, let’s get some good vibes going for ourselves and the world. Let’s laugh out loud. Settle in with a funny move, a funny book, or your favorite funny television show.
