Just 10 Minutes

There is power in 10 minutes. For those who (want to) do daily meditation, 10 minutes is a good place to start. For those looking to feel a little refreshed after a long day, 10 minutes is a good nap. Just 10 minutes is sometimes all it takes for us to feel calm, renewed, and totally ready for what life throws at us next.

So for today…try a 10-minute reset, or as I like to call it “refresh.” This can look any way you want it to look. Step outside in the sunshine for 10 minutes. Find a quiet spot to sit in your house for 10 minutes. Maybe even lay down with no distractions for 10 minutes. The important thing is that you let yourself be free of thoughts, free of worries, free of anything that doesn’t make your soul sing. These 10 minutes are all about YOU!
