Forgiveness

I don’t know about you, but I am always quick to forgive. Personally, I don’t need the weight of being upset or angry to hold me down.

However. There is one person I have a hard time forgiving. Myself.

So, today we are going to treat ourselves with kindness and the way we would treat others we love.

It’s okay if you make a mistake.
It’s okay if you have a bad day.
It’s okay if you’re not perfect.

When we forgive, we rise above whatever is holding us back.
