Music can stimulate the memory, and it can bring on strong emotions. It’s the perfect way to give yourself a little boost. Create a positive playlist with a song or two or ten that brings out the happy in you.
Music can also calm us down when feeling stressed. Slower, gentle songs can help regulate our heart rate in those moments when we are feeling a little overwhelmed or out of control.
