Walk This Way

How many of you are singing that in your head right now (AND in Steven Tyler’s voice)? You’re welcome!

I hope you are (hopefully) feeling a little refreshed after yesterday’s challenge. I settled into bed a full hour earlier than normal. I actually listened to my body and brain. Tired = Bed.

For today’s challenge, let’s get moving a little bit. Take a walk. Take a hike. Get outside and get some fresh air and VITAMIN D!

But, don’t make this any old walk or hike. Let’s make it a mindful one – one without phones, one without distractions. As you walk, take in the sights and sounds and smells. Stay in the moment and be fully aware of your surroundings. A walk like this is a perfect way to refresh and renew.

And here we go with Day 6!
