Schedule Some Light

Schedules. I have a love-hate relationship with them. On one hand, they keep the planner in me on the up and up. On the other hand, they leave me with very little time for things I crave.

Some days, I wake up with every intention to settle in and read a good book. Other days I wake up thinking I will do some yoga. Most days I wake up wanting to get crafty. Yet, every single day my filled schedule overshadows those things. Mmmhmmm, I know what you’re thinking…where’s the self-care there?

Well, that’s what today’s challenge activity is all about – and I couldn’t be more excited! YOU (and I) will be scheduling time for the light in our lives – you know, those things you truly enjoy. (I wrote a blog post about this a while back if you’re interested in checking it out further.)

So, what are you scheduling today? Getting lost in a good book? Starting a new project? Turning up the radio and dancing around the house? ANYTHING fits here. I repeat, ANYTHING fits. Whatever gives you all the good vibes…
