Heyyy! Welcome back to our 30-Day Self-Care Challenge! I didn’t get a chance to post yesterday because I was super busy with work, so I have included Day 2 and Day 3 right here. At first I was berating myself for not posting earlier, but then I was like “SELF-CARE here!” So, like I said before – it’s okay to double up and do these activities any way you choose.
Here we go with Day 2:
This self-care challenge is like those little notes your mom/dad/grandma/grandpa may have put in your lunchbox, or ones you may have written for your own child(ren).
You see, this one is POW-ER-FUL!
We need to speak to ourselves the way we speak to the ones we love. We never think twice about encouraging others, so now it’s time for YOUR own little pep talk.

And now Day 3:
Today we will focus on strengthening our gratitude. “How is that self-care,” you might ask. Well, it is proven that we can rewire our brains to be happy by simply recalling three things we are grateful for every day for 21 days. And when our brain is happy, our body is happy and our soul is happy.
You see, gratitude turns what we have into enough. We start to lose the sense of FOMO or the idea of comparison, which is THE biggest thief of joy.
Offering up gratitude also fosters wellness, lowers stress levels, strengthens relationships, and helps us slow down (or stop altogether) the use of negative words.
All that right there: Self-care!

Have fun with these two challenges!
