It’s Saturday! Treat Yo’self!

Hey friends! It’s Saturday and the start of a new series on here: Saturday Self-Care.

Fact: Sometimes we just have to treat ourselves. It doesn’t have to be something big. As a matter of fact, some of the best treats are those tiny little things we pass on or tend to overlook. You know…a good book (even a fun bookmark), a fuzzy blanket, a new handcrafted tea or other yummy drink, some fresh flowers, or maybe even some aromatherapy.

Now, you might ask “Why Saturday?”

Well… We all know our Monday – Friday time is hectic and filled with work and other obligations. Sundays are often spent thinking about or getting ready to start the Monday – Friday routine. So, that leaves Saturday. That little day in between the rush of the week that just ended and the preparation of the next.

So, Saturday it is.

Saturday is all about you. Saturday is all about self-care. Saturday is all about treating yourself. It’s like a soul hug right there waiting!

I will be taking one for the team and doing some research (poor me, hahaha) in order to find some of the best little self-care treats out there, and I will share my findings with you. Stay tuned!

For now, though, treat yourself today to something that makes you SMILE and feel alive!
