It’s no secret that happiness and emotional warmth go hand-in-hand. Happy people are naturally more kind to others, and kindness is contagious. It comes as no surprise, then, that one good deed leads to another, and kindness lifts the spirits of those who GIVE and RECEIVE.

We could all use a little kindness and happiness in our lives, wouldn’t you agree? So, it’s good to know that our mindful moments can be more than just ways to calm our minds and our bodies. Sometimes we can use these moments in ways to promote happiness…and when we do so, we are starting that chain reaction that sets kindness into action. Basically, it’s a win-win situation.
