In my previous post about self-talk, we discussed all the reasons WHY we need to speak to ourselves kindly. We know we need to speak to ourselves the way we would to someone we love, so where do we go from here?
Well, self-talk affirmations is (in my humble opinion) THE place to start. For many of us when we see it, we believe it. And, like I had mentioned before – this is the perfect time to find some really cute Post-Its…or you could simply get creative in other ways (magnet letters, lipstick, washable paint – you name it!)
I thought I would make your life a little easier, so I compiled a list of 20 positive self-talk affirmations. Now, the possibilities are endless – an internet search will show you this. But, for now maybe this is a good starting point.
Oh, and there was one I didn’t add to the list because this should be on everyone’s mirror, steering wheel, refrigerator, mind, tongue and that is I AM ENOUGH.
20 Positive Self-Talk Affirmations
